Dr. Hemlata Wadhwani Bhatia

Dr. Hemlata Wadhwani Bhatia is a physician executive and clinical geneticist based in the Greater Delhi area, with experience in genomics, precision oncology, and healthcare strategy. She is the Founder and Principal Advisor at Hemlata Bhatia Advisory, where she works on genomics integration, diagnostics strategy, and healthcare business transformation. Her prior roles include Vice President – Genomics at Agilus Diagnostics and leadership positions in medical genetics and oncogenomics across hospital systems in Delhi.

Dr. Bhatia holds an MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, a Diploma in Child Health from Safdarjung Hospital, and a Fellowship in Medical Genetics supported by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. She also completed an MBA with Merit from Durham University Business School and received an international fellowship in genetics from the Care-for-Rare Foundation, Germany.
