Introduction
Dr. Kulveer Mankia is Professor of Clinical and Translational Rheumatology at the University of Leeds, with a clinical and research focus on rheumatoid arthritis and related musculoskeletal disorders. He trained at the University of Oxford, where he completed a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Research. His academic work centres on early and preclinical rheumatoid arthritis, with particular use of ultrasound and MRI in disease detection and progression.
Dr. Mankia previously served as Associate Professor and Honorary Consultant Rheumatologist at Leeds and held roles including NIHR Clinical Lecturer and Clinical Research Fellow.
