Dr. Poornima Narayanan Nambiar

Dr. Poornima Narayanan Nambiar is a neurologist and epileptologist based in India, with clinical training in neurology and general medicine. She completed her MD in General Medicine from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore (2013–2016), followed by a DM in Neurology from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (2017–2019). Her clinical focus includes epilepsy care, electroencephalography (EEG), and neurological disorders.

She has worked across tertiary care centres in India and internationally, including a Clinical Fellowship in Epilepsy and EEG at London Health Sciences Centre, Canada (2024–2025). She served as Consultant Neurologist at Meitra Hospital and Malabar Hospital before her current role as Consultant Neurologist and Epileptologist at Aster MIMS, Calicut (since July 2025). Her work involves clinical neurology practice, epilepsy management, and hospital-based patient care.
