Dr. Sarita Kumari is a gynecologic oncologist, robotic surgeon, and academician specializing in the comprehensive management of cancers affecting women. She completed her MBBS, MD in Obstetrics & Gynecology, and M.Ch in Gynecologic Oncology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, where she also served as Assistant Professor at the National Cancer Institute. Currently, she is Senior Consultant and Unit Head, Gynae Surgical Oncology at Max Healthcare, Dwarka. Her expertise includes open, laparoscopic, and robotic cancer surgeries, cytoreductive surgery with HIPEC, and fertility-sparing procedures. Dr. Kumari has also received advanced training through fellowships and observerships at leading international institutions, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Charité Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Jikei University School of Medicine, and remains actively involved in clinical research, medical education, and gynecologic oncology innovation.
