Dr. Younis Ahmad

Dr. Younis Ahmad is a gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, and pancreatic surgeon based in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. He completed his MCh in Surgical Gastroenterology and Hepatopancreaticobiliary Surgery from Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (2022–2025), following a master’s degree in General Surgery (2012–2015) from the same institution. His training focuses on gastrointestinal and hepatopancreatobiliary procedures within the domain of surgical oncology.

Dr. Ahmad has held clinical roles across India and Saudi Arabia, including positions at the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia (2018–2020), and Delhi State Cancer Institute as Senior Resident in Surgical Oncology (2016–2018). He has also been associated with Max Healthcare in surgical roles, most recently as Associate Consultant in 2025.
